By accessing or using Compozit Vision ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Compozit ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Compozit Vision is an AI-powered interior design platform that enables users to:

• Upload photos of rooms and spaces
• Generate AI-transformed design visualizations
• Explore different interior design styles
• Receive estimated costs for design implementations
• Save and manage design projects in a personal gallery

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and AI generation limits. Details of current plans are available in the app and on our website.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
• Unused credits or generations do not carry over and are non-refundable

4.4 Free Trial

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon trial expiration.

5. User Content & Ownership

5.1 Your Original Content

You retain all ownership rights to the original photos and content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

5.2 AI-Generated Outputs

For AI-generated design images created using our Service:

• Paid Subscribers: You own the AI-generated outputs and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms
• Free Users: You may use AI-generated outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Uniqueness: Due to the nature of AI technology, outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for other users

5.3 License Grant to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

5.4 Copyright Considerations

AI-generated content may have limited or no copyright protection under current law. You acknowledge that the legal status of AI-generated works is evolving, and we make no guarantees regarding copyright ownership of outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes, misleading imagery, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our AI technology
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or manipulate our systems
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

7.1 AI Output Accuracy

AI-generated designs are visualizations for inspiration purposes. We do not guarantee that:

• Outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free
• Designs are structurally feasible or suitable for actual construction
• Generated furniture or items can be purchased exactly as shown
• Results will match your specific requirements

7.2 Cost Estimates

Cost estimates are AI-generated approximations based on general market data. Actual costs may vary significantly based on location, suppliers, labor, and specific product selections. Estimates should not be relied upon for budgeting or financial decisions.

7.3 Not Professional Advice

Our Service does not provide professional interior design, architectural, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before undertaking renovation or construction projects.

8. Intellectual Property

The Compozit Vision platform, including its software, AI models, design, branding, and content, is owned by Compozit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or technology
• Use our outputs to train competing AI models
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. DMCA & Copyright Claims

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@aicompoz.it including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI OUTPUTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not warrant that AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or that results will be suitable for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPOZIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI outputs or cost estimates
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compozit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service immediately ends
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for any prior violations
• Sections regarding ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@aicompoz.it to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
